Release agents for aerated concrete

The requirements for a release agent for the production of aerated concrete are very versatile and have to work reliably during the entire manufacturing process. The formwork oil must hold a stable protective film on the formings, from the fine spraying at the formwork to the pouring in of the liquid aerated concrete and the growing of the aluminum suspension.

Other release agents are used for cutting and autoclaving the aerated concrete block.
